Dr. Christopher Koebbe was born in Delaware, OH and graduated with honors from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH. He completed the Air Force ROTC program as distinguished graduate and received his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati. He then pursued neurosurgical residency training at the University of Pittsburgh medical center and ultimately completed this training as well as a postgraduate fellowship in Cerebrovascular and endovascular neurosurgery at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. He completed over 500 vascular neurosurgical procedures under the guidance of Dr. Robert Rosenwasser during this training.
Dr. Koebbe then served as an active duty neurosurgeon in the US Air Force in San Antonio, TX from 2007-2015 completing his service as chief of neurosurgery at the San Antonio Military Medical Center, the largest worldwide referral center for military members and only DoD civilian level 1 trauma center. During his military service Dr. Koebbe deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom to Bagram Airbase, Afghanistan as chief of neurosurgery at the theater hospital. He concurrently worked as clinical assistant professor with department of neurological surgery the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio. He played a vital role in developing comprehensive stroke and aneurysm care for the south Texas region as well as teaching neurosurgical residents and speaking internationally as invited professor.
Dr. Koebbe is a board certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgeons as well as a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons.
Dr. Koebbe specializes in both cranial and minimally invasive vascular and spinal neurosurgery procedures emphasizing the comprehensive care of brain aneurysms, stroke, tumors, spinal disorders, and chronic pain. He is focused on spinal motion preservation as well as spinal disc and facet restoration, regenerative cellular medicine, and outpatient spine surgery.
Dr. Koebbe also has extensive experience with treating multiple types of hormone imbalances and neuroendocrinologic syndromes.
Jamie Chyat, MPAS, PA-C was born in Staten Island, NY. She graduated from the State University of New York College at Oneonta with a Bachelors of Science in Human Biology. Jamie was also a college athlete and played premier level soccer for 10 years. Directly after finishing her bachelors, Jamie attended Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, where she received her Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies and graduated with high honors.
While working on her Master's degree, Jamie was the Student government PA Liasion, the SAAAPA Admissions Representative, and Lead PA Mentor for first year students . Additionally, Jamie was one of five people (and the only PA student) in the entire health sciences school to receive a scholarship award for outstanding academic and extracurricular achievements.
Jamie started her career in the specialty of Trauma and Acute Care Surgery where she played a key role in developing two trauma programs. She then transitioned her career to minimally invasive spine surgery, pain management, and wellness. Jamie harnessed her surgical skill set and is now highly trained and board eligible in Anti-Aging medicine and Aesthetics. This includes hormone balancing, weight management, regenerative cellular medicine, and facial re-balancing. Jamie is very passionate about rejuvenation technologies and believes in the nature and efficacy of balance and symmetry.
Dr. Lee attended the prestigious Colorado College on a NCAA Division I hockey scholarship. While doing his undergraduate studies, he became fascinated with the field of health and wellness.
Having graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology in 1991, he then continued his educational path at Palmer College of Chiropractic. At Palmer, Dr Lee was an Academic and Athletic All-American, graduating Cum Laude, with the degree of Doctor of Chiropractic. He was the runner-up for the John Connelly Memorial Outstanding Graduate Award.
In practice since 1995, Dr Lee has served for 15 years on the Sports Medicine team for the Tampa Bay Lightning of the National Hockey League from 1995-2010. He also served on the Sports Medicine Team for the Tampa Bay Storm of the Arena Football League, the University of South Florida and Hillsborough Community College. Dr Lee has also been the Head Athletic Trainer at Gaither High School for their football and baseball programs. He continues to care for many athletes from Major League professionals and College athletes to young future athletes.
Dr Lee is well known for his caring demeanor and his dedication to the well-being of his patients.
His high standards of ethics and professionalism have earned him the Pinellas Park Chamber of Commerce Business Distinction Award and Breakthrough Coaching’s Practice of the Year award.
He is an active member of C.E.P.A., Care of Elite and Professional Athletes, on the Board of Directors of the Pinellas Park Medical District, Florida Chiropractic Association, Gonstead Clinical Studies Society, Pinellas Park Chamber of Commerce, Palmer College Alumni Association, the Colorado College Alumni Association, and a member of the Foundation of Wellness Professionals, a National Non-Profit Foundation.
Dr Lee continues to strive for professional excellence by attending many post-graduate training courses and he always makes himself available to groups and local organizations.
He resides in Clearwater, Florida and has 2 High School boys, Dominick and Benjamin.
